Ready
traces of my spaces
A journey into the cloud…
traces of my spaces
I glance up from morning coffee and smile
imagine rather a million wings
of fairies dancing while the tree sings.
On the hills of brown In spring green spreads furry stems Topped with bold yellow, Radiant satin sunrays Erupt along each hillside. Photography and Poetry by Sheri Edwards
Soft pink satin folds
unfold as one delicate
flower: cherry tree.
I smiled as the light shone brightly
on the toad at the edge of the garden
My garden, nature’s whim:
wild thing.
The still cool air gently brushes
over the face searching for the sun;
the crunchy spiced munch
pops with the sweet berryness
fresh paint
on history
Fairies in pink satin
dance along the breeze;
while we mere mortals
see blossoms that please
dandelion’s bright sun rays
When the world crowds our wings, It’s time to enjoy the little things. Art and Couplet by Sheri
Poem in Your Pocket Day
Greet the sun:
Hello, Spring!
She sees the birds with focused eyes;
Still in this time her prey she spies,
