Raspberry

Raspberry

 

Romaine crunches,

bursting with crispness,

spiced with creamy dressing

that puckers the lips,

while in the next bite

the crunchy spiced munch

pops with the sweet berryness,

and a pause:

“Ahh, raspberry.”
