DecDoodle Pets
My CLmooc friends are participating in a December Art Challenge and today is “Pets”
The CLmooc art challenges are one way this group of online friends stay connected — a little challenge to doodle a bit, write a bit of poetry perhaps, share a gif, write some music– a small part of our days shared around the world. That is shared hope.
Today’s doodle is a watercolor on my iPad in ProCreate, which I learned how to do today in Skillshare classes:
Liz Kohler Brown– both about ProCreate
For the topic of Pets, I knew I had to draw and paint a watercolor of our wild cat– she’s a tortoise-shell tabby, or Torbie, which means she’s got attitude. We think she may be autistic because she really will not let you pet her unless she decides she wants to purr on your lap, which is maybe once a day. She’ll also bring a toy to play fetch, briefly, but mostly, even in winter, she wants to be catching some mouse or bird [oh no!] or bug outside.
Anyway, she’s not very friendly and with her look, I’m so glad she’s not the tiger she thinks she is.
