My CLmooc friends doodle every day.

Contour Poppies are such a delight to draw. I so enjoyed the outlining, coloring, shading, and deciding how to include interest with the background choices.

So more contour drawing today— I can relax with these while listening to the Harry Bosch novels by Michael Connelly on Audible 🙂

Inspiration

The design is Inspired by Cardwell and Ink Skillshare Contour Botanicals class with my own twist [white outline and shadow] and by Jennifer’s framing technique for making it watercolor paper-like on the edges. See links to mentioned artists here: Artist Resources
