I discovered a new word: trigonous, meaning three angles or corners— used especially in botany to describe stems and seeds.

So, I found a plant with the “trigonous” seed, a sedge and considered the “3” sides of the seed — the sides to every story. We are so much more than “sides.”

Trigonous Bob

Always three sides to the story
Three seeds to their start
A trio singing
a lament to a story lost
A rejoice when found
And gratitude for those who know
We are more than a side
