450.25 Precious Hummingbird

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. This morning, Scott made sure the hummingbird was safely in her nest before letting the cat out. The little bird survived the heat of yesterday, thanks to the mist Scott provided. I’ve got the mist spraying below her again. She can fly through as she needs without being worried about the cat. Well, not too much. The cat is inside– its 106°F and will reach 109°; it won’t be below 100° until 9 PM!
