I actually love reggae in the soft rhythm of the ocean waves slowly dashing, dashing onto the shore. It’s a life rhythm in which I can close my eyes and imagine a walk on the beach with the gentle breeze teasing the leaves to play tag with each other. The sun warms my heart and my heart beats to the easy flow of the reggae melody, moving my feet and easing my whole self with confidence as part of a wave of water or air, a life force moving forward and around everyone together.
