Ridge Riders

Our area literally looks like an old Western movie when driving down the Grand Coulee. So you can see why the local rodeo group named themselves Ridge Riders Saddle Club.

If you’ve never been to a rodeo, theirs is one to see — there’s plenty of room and plenty of excitement and plenty of food.

And, yesterday, the community helped the club out as the club sponsored a holiday craft show, welcoming everyone with a cowboy tree:

We’re very excited about their support of the community too. And, they may be part of the bigger rodeo organizations soon, as indicated in this news article in the local The Star News, which indicates the Ridge Riders will join the Professional Cowboys Rodeo Association!
