Sketches

So I’ve been practicing quick sketches in Sketchbook Pro with different photos of one of my granddaughters [top left in bottom and center bottom row pictures are close to the real, beautiful person].

I insert and lower the transparency of the picture in one layer and then try to add different styles of hair, expression, clothing, eyes, etc. on different layers.

It’s been helping me develop my faces. I’m going to try better expressions.

Today, I also decided to sketch my great-grandson who is still a bump.

So exciting and so lovely.
