Today’s Daily Create #ds106 @ds106dc #tdc3800 is to share one of those ” Accidental Photos” we sometimes snap. I found my last one way back in December and I wrote a poem for its place in the slice of life or living:

Accidental Photo

All the way back in December
at the neighborhood gathering,
getting ready for Santa to arrive
on the fire truck…
Imagine the smiles
On the faces of kids
Out in the cold
Out on the snow
Safe with family and friends
Excitedly anticipating
The “Ho, Ho, Ho” smile
And jingling bells
Where gifts are shared
Creating memories
To live for
In love and hope
