Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Tonight we again get to eat this delicious Chicken, Tomato, and Rice meal, one that I adapted from an online recipe. No pasta, but rice. And the rice is cauliflower rice. It’s delicious and we only use Pensey’s spices— so fresh and delicious. And so a poem:

Leftovers

I love that when the spice is right
that leftovers improve each night.
