Cuddled Safe

Daily Note
Every day, a photograph, a poem.
What a view of the frozen world, with the distant transmission lines bringing electricity for warmth or coolness for winter or summer— science saving us.
I’m pretty sick of the people who deny science— the science that keeps them comfortable and able to complain safely about their conspiracies. Blah. Blah. Blah.
God gave us the intelligence to help ourselves. And so: power for so many things, let alone a vaccine for staying healthy. Or masks to protect you and me.
Aren’t you sick of it too? Or, perhaps you live in a country still progressing forward not regressing back to the Middle Ages.
Blah. Blah. Blah. Is all I hear from deniers.
cuddled safe you know
Guardians in the snow
Standing tall, you know:
Bringing power so
We are cold no more.Man-made guardians so
Science in the know:
Comforts of the snow
Through the turbines go.From the turbines so
Wires with power flow
O’er the icy glow
Of winter’s fallen snow.Into homes will flow
Sheri Edwards
Warmth to keep you so
Cuddled safe you know:
Science saves you so.
