Doors of Winter

Daily Note
Every day, a photograph, a poem. Today’s DecDoodle, a wreath of peace, was one I would love for my door, but it exists only in my mind and my illustration. So, I thought of all the doors in winter adorned in wreaths and displays suited to each person’s hope. We are, as humans, hopeful, for sure.
This wooden mitten display, purchased long ago at a holiday bizarre, should be stretched out a bit to say “Keep Your Heart Warm,” but it also works “Keep Warm Your Heart.” I wish for all, warm and open hearts— as this season and our lives is or should be about.
