A Flower, Columbine

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Our garden blooms in many florals, but one I love is the magical columbine, it’s delicate leaves and delightful flower bloom all summer. It’s simply a joy to see.

Columbine

Legs of red

Pointing to the sky

Fading into a yellow gown

Worn by pixie,

yellow hair hidden within,

Dancing away

Leaving you to see only

A bobbing columbine.
