I choose this typical “shift” style with the elegance of the early 60s popularity of Audrey Hepburn and Jacqueline Kennedy. This sleeveless dress and matching coat was worn by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, Rajasthan, India, March 18, 1962.

I remember this style very well.

Most of my clothes were hand-me-downs from my cousin, Christine, for which I was always felt grateful– she was always in style.
We didn’t have to worry about disease because we were vaccinated. Things change.
