Weeds and More

Weeds grow and much more

in my little garden of

yellow, magenta,

white and green- pinwheels and pods,

tall and short: so delightful.

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Yesterday we planted and today we noticed how delightful the colors are in the front garden. Some things sprouted on their own: rose campion, wood sorrel, daisies and one other, but we have not found its name. Others we have planted: ice plants, portulaca, cranesbill, day lilies. There’s just something so hopeful about a garden, weeds and all.
