450.9 Veggie Delight

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Our neighbors planted lettuce. A lot. It grew and grew and the hot days were about to ruin the harvest, so they picked and rinsed the lot of it. And gave some to us! I love our neighbors!

Veggie Delight

Mushrooms, apples, seeds;

olives, cheeses, peppers: thanks

to neighbor’s lettuce!
