Day 444 View in Pink and Yellow
Daily Note
Every day, a photograph, a poem.
We walked today in the early afternoon before the overbearing heat of the oncoming summer. In front of the old school house we sat on the concrete benches and looked up and across the way, amazed at the six inch blooms of the peony bush across the road from us. Oh there beauty is mesmerizing and we, of course, finished our rest, but pulled in by their beauty, wandered over to stand and gaze at the beauty of the petals adorning the rich green bush.

the peony bush
