MarchDoodle

My CLmooc friends doodle everyday. Today I chose “new” as a prompt from DoodleADay ElloLovey. See all the entries here: DoodleADayMarch. Also, some of us are also participating in the “#sketchdesignrepeat #3x3designchallenge” sketch design challenge.

These flowers are stemmy four nerve daisy, which grow about this time of year in the Guadalupe Mountains Tetraneuris_scaposa. I created a stylized version for the design challenge. I plan to create other versions until I get one I like. I may add a type of bee from the mountains to add in more of nature from the area.

I’m researching the Guadalupe Mountains for a project for a friend. I’ve never been there, but it’s certainly a beautiful place.
