Day 349 Rock Wall

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem.  Today, on our walk the rock wall around the old pool was toppling in places, no doubt from deer hopping up and over to run away from the humans like us. We carefully replaced the ones we could. Communities are like that– helping in small ways to keep our area lovely and safe for all.

When the rock wall falls

as deer run up and away;

we reset the stone.
