Day 327 FebDoodle Paris
FebDoodle
My CLmooc friends doodle everyday. Today I chose “Paris” as a prompt from DoodleADay ElloLovey. Although I planned to create the doodles in Brenda’s funky style, today I decided to create from Brenda Bakker of the Netherlands in her 3D Papercut Skillshare Class and created a paper cut illustration of Notre-Dame de Paris, since I thought most people would draw the Eiffel Tower.
I found a public domain image of the cathedral to use as my sketch focus. I drew the basic lines from a portion of the image. In a layer below that, I added sand color with a sand-line texture, which I also applied to the frame and “pop out.”
I liked the way it turned out. I think I’ll add it to my project page for Brenda’s class.
What would have chosen for your “Paris” doodle?
