Day 262 NaNoWriMo Final
Today is the last day of NaNoWriMo and I finished on November 26 with my 50,000+ words. Here are the statistics from my writing program, Scrivener — which is a fantastic program to organize all aspects of one’s novel AND publish it in several formats.
The novel is not finished– I’m getting into the final chapters now, so it’s a first draft, the purpose of NaNoWriMo.

Thank you for joining me on this journey, putting up with the random excerpts and images as I think through and draft another science fantasy. It’s all about perseverance and community through support for one another. I think the characters, Sandra and Willow, say it best:
“I am who I am because of all the others who came before and came beside, and I am one who helps futures be because we are we–We who are part and we who are whole; each one’s own in others’ support; one and whole; we who care together— then and now and forever.”
I think it’s something to remember.
