Arch Below Arch

Rising above the North Bend and Snoqualmie Falls is Mount Si, an arch in the sky.

In North Bend, in the valley below, the architecture of this building imitates that mountain arch supported with columns, as if they are like the many steep ravines of this steep mountain, an ocean volcano millions of years ago.

Every area of town is covered in lovely flowers and greenery and offers great views of the mountain, with more to see in a train ride to the Northwest Railway Museum.
