In Missoula, MT we discovered a neighborhood cafe with outdoor seating, perfect for the evening meal. I’ve been noticing in North Dakota and Montana, that restaurants are becoming part of neighborhoods, rather than along a grand avenue or in malls. They then can build a local cliental. And they make for delightful out of the way places for people who want to avoid the tourist traps.
