Day 573 Easing In

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Today our walk took us over North Dam to walk along Banks Lake and the canal that irrigates most of eastern Washington State. The bright blue skies set a perfect frame around fall’s lovely colors before the cold of winter sets in.

Easing In

Crisp and clear mornings

Bold yellow against bright blue

Fall soothes winter’s dawn.
