Daily Note
Every day, a photograph, a poem.
So much controversy by the conspiracy crowd.
Those that choose, for reasons other than truly for the sake of their health, to refuse to get vaccinated or wear a mask or social distance are not socially conscious of their responsibility to those around them.
It’s not “freedom” to breathe death onto another. It’s that simple.
We do not know if we carry the virus, or if what we breathe on others may cause them to get sick, to stay sick, or to die. We do not know. So the moral and ethical choice is to get vaccinated. I’ve heard it said and read to me, “Love one another.” Show you do, and get vaccinated.
We are — yes– unique and special, each one. Yet our choices affect all around us. I am who I am because of who you are. I am because you are. Ubuntu. And I would like to continue living. Thank you for getting vaccinated, wearing a mask, and socially distancing.
Without that understanding of the ripples in the universe, we are not truly civilized.

In the flow of the current
We are not alone
In the flow each ripple
A harmonizing tone
In the flow of the living
Each a chord of our songs
In the flow of the stream
Unique, yet belongs
In the flow each reflection
A conduction effect
In the flow be the choice
To uplift and connect
In the flow that’s forever
A self that is part
In the flow that’s together
Makes a choice of the heart
In the flow towards humanity
Be the choice for community.
