Day 568 Smile
Daily Note
Every day, a photograph, a poem. I’m not smiling here, and you can tell I’m sincerely worried about wildfires and climate change. You can tell. You can also tell when someone is sincere in their smile— through the eyes.
You can also tell it’s a windy day with severe smoke in the air, another wildfire and climate change catastrophe.
I wrote this poem for my Daily Create today to go with an art picture [see Daily Create].
Smile
Smile
That sparkle of delight
Shining twinkle in the eyes
With uplifting lines of soothing
Connecting minds in soulful solace
Look to the eyes for sincerity
Look to the eyes for similitude
Look to the eyes for certainty
Shining twinkle in the eyes
That sparkle of delight
Smile
