Every day, a photograph, a poem. Walking into the kitchen this morning, I glanced outside through the open slider and found several white stars smiling back at me– protected from deer with netting. Happy Day: clear skies, cool weather.

Looked out the back door
this morning to be greeted
by white stars smiling.
