Day 507 Breath

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. It’s worse today, the smoke from the wildfires. We won’t even go outside. We have three air filters going in different rooms of our old house– to clear out the smoke that seeps in. This is the world we created. According to Purple Air, we are into the danger zone:

It’s worse now.

Wildfires spread hazards across the globe through the unhealthy smoke and ash. And that’s nothing compared to the loss of earth’s lungs, the loss of forests and grasslands, the loss of property, the loss economically, and the especially the loss of life, wildlife, plants, human.

Breath

Climate change wildfires
fill skies with poison, smoke that
takes your breath away.
