My story of the portal man:

She sent them through the portals
With power to undo the mortal’s
Careless devastation of an earth,
Once filled with glorious birth,
But now slowly giving death
Its hot and evil breath:
Grasp hold and refill those in strife
To save the innocent wildlife…
