Every day, a photograph, a poem. We’re fortunate in our tiny town– we have a delivery service for chef created dinners. PKs Culinary offers a weekly menu from which to choose and order, and on Thursday, PKs delivers the meals in insulated bags, each meal with directions for grilling, microwaving, baking, etc. Delicious.

Sadly, PKs is stopping this service to focus on their restaurant for a while, with COVID restrictions. We’ll be able to order take-out there, but it won’t be the same to have online ordering and personal delivery.

It’s important also because most of the dinners are created with healthy ingredients, and with the pieces of the meal separate, a person can easily eliminate the parts that contradict their own dietary needs. For instance, I would not need to eat the bread, pasta, or potatoes– the carbs that wreak havoc on my body.

The picture is Hasselback Chicken w/ Roast Potaotes & Vegetables— simply delicious! And, just don’t eat the potatoes!
