Every day, a photograph, a poem.

Today’s poem is based on an experiment in cooking, a recipe based on one online in which I only had the two main ingredients: 5 eggs and 3 cups of shredded cheese, although my cheeses were not the ones in the online recipe. So, an experiment, and it turned out delicious. — Frittata, a crustless quiche.
