Day 270 Peace
My wish is for the people of the world to come together in peace and solve this coronovirus pandemic. And to consider treating each other like neighbors, accepting differences and working together to better our communities.
You’ve probably noticed the art this month is ornaments. One of my teachers challenges us to create a different ornament for December 1-25. Jennifer Nichols inspired us with her Skillshare Vintage Ornament class. You can sign up for free to try it out. It is so worth the fee. I’ve spent hours in classes learning the apps I use. I just reviewed my three favorite apps on my art blog, and you might want to consider learning one of them: My Three Go-To Art Apps.
Jennifer has free lessons on her Instagram account— just click the TV for free lessons. That’s where I learned how to create the glass ornament above. Looks difficult– but is not.
I’m so thankful for the artists who share so others may learn from their work and the sharing of their process. Some even share their brushes, like Jennifer does.
And, my art designs for this month will be sent as postcards to family I cannot visit due to the pandemic.
Hopefully, you are all well and safe. Do take care.
