Day 102 Zucchini

Oh Zucchini— in how many ways do we love thee?

Recipe is basic and can be added to according to what’s on hand.

Instead of crackers, I spread a thin layer of shredded cheddar and Parmesan on top.

Delicious.

So grateful for our neighbors who zucchini bomb us frequently!
