Meeting of the Wild

Walking towards the path to Fiddle Creek on my daily walk, I looked to my right down the sidewalk and discover a quiet, hush-hush meeting of the wild creatures. Attendees are, from left to right, Terry Turkey, Bron Bunny, Chill Chickadee, and Q Quail, who can’t stand still so chickadee chirps him back in place. The topic is the continued clearing of their hide-a-ways, which the humans demand to protect from the summer wildfire threat. They decided not to worry, since the most important thing is still there: munchies for all.
