Wrapping Up Warm Wishes for the Holiday Season

One Technique:

For the text:

Here I opened an app called OVER which includes both free and premium fonts and templates for creating images. I used a free font called Selfie with a curved style to create white lettering on a transparent background– a png  for the upper phrase and a png for the lower phrase. I imported each into my art on separate layers, playing around with color and size until I liked the fit. In the end I colored the bottom set in bright red that matches the red of the ribbon and hat. I duplicated layers for three layers of the upper text image, two white below a red layer– nudging the red layer to the left slightly.
